Coordinating equipment maintenance. If the warden doesn't know how to service specific equipment, know how and where it is going to be serviced WHEN it breaks.

Marking tools and keeping inventory. Tools get misfiled into another zone, where they languish because no one knows they are there. Mark the tool with the Zone Color and Zone Name .

With many items being loaned to the Zone from members, which can be taken home by those members at their pleasure, make sure you know which items are owned by whom, and publish that information on the wiki early, so there are no misunderstandings two years from now when you are no longer Warden. No tool comes into the Zone without your permission. You are the Inventory Manager. You don't have to log all the tools. Make the loaner put the item and his/her ownership in the wiki. You can log the i3 owned items. If you are unsure of an items ownership, don't let it linger unresolved, post it in the Mailing List and give 30 days (or longer if you wish) for the owner to step forward. If no one does declare it on the list as now marked as owned by i3.

Wardens need to hold classes regularly, to make sure new members know the tools and understand how to use them safely. Once a month would be great.
