- keep record of major rule infractions of members
- alert the board and community when a member is considered toxic to the group
- record keeper of duty cycle for members
- welcome all new comers and explain 'i3 itself', rules, and handles registration paper work
- tracks all internal donations from group members.

Cycles through the list of members for daily or weekly responsibilities that suck but need to be done. Can be multiple people or just one.
- list of crappy jobs no buddy wants to do but need to be done regardless of said rules that people need to clean their work space.
