Under no circumstances should non-natural materials be used on the jointer. This includes; masonite, particle board, or various other man-made materials. Using these on the jointer will dull it very quickly.


Remember to always; clean up and return the equipment to a fully functional, safe state before you leave. This includes returning any safety mechanisms to fully working order.
