+.07.01: Makerbot is running very well on RepG-37. I'll publish my settings file soon so others can use my known good settings.
-* Worked on the power supply, the original supply ("GREEN" brand) seems to be working again with no indication of problems. Reconnected that power supply and ran all evening on it. No issues with power.
-* Nate noticed a bunch of loose cables on the boards; we went over and tightened all connections. Probably the vibrations from rolling the card around the space are responsible for these loosening.
-* During a test print, the extruder head dropped too low and dug through the aluminum foil on the HBP. I took the HBP off to replace the foil, while I was at it I added spacing washers between the Heater Board and the Build Platform. This should eliminate the warping of the Heater Board along the front edge where the wires connect.
-* I couldn't locate the Kapton tape, so the HBP is currently covered with green painters tape. This seems to work okay, but ideally this should get covered with Kapton.

 If all goes well, you're build will complete correctly.  The single biggest problem we continue to face with this MB is that it will randomly skip a few steps and one layer of your build will be offset (in the X-direction), spoiling the build.  It's very difficult to try to restart the build, so if this happens, your build is effectively scrap.  Help in resolving this issue would be really nice!

 There are other, more complicated things going on that I won't go into here yet.  For example, there is a way to edit out the extrude / wipe commands at the beginning of the build, but you either have to find the right commands in the GCode (yes, you can edit it), or edit the start.gcode and end.gcode files for the Skeinforge software that's embedded within the RG software.
