Maintenance

Unlike the Black & Decker irons also present in the craft room, this one may be maintainable. At the very least, there is a visible adjustment screw to change the stiffness of the cord-body attachment joint. It's not clear, however, whether this iron was designed for long-term use--and, therefore, occasional maintenance by the user--or is a throw-away appliance.
